S1763: Add a message on the secondary location

      Description

      RSPEC-1763 creates a secondary location on the statement exiting the current code block. Even if the statement is very close to the primary it won't necessary be visible right away in SonarLint for VSCode (there is no highlight). Thus adding a message can help a bit.

      The secondary location message is already provided in the RSPEC.
