      Description

The current CICS grammar uses a lot of reserved words.
That causes issues with code like:

                 EXEC CICS RECEIVE
                    INTO(MSG)
                    RESP(RESP)
                 END-EXEC.

In that case, the second RESP is a user-defined identifier but is parsed with the current grammar as a reserved word.
The CICS grammar should therefore not rely on reserved words.

      See https://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSGMCP_5.2.0/com.ibm.cics.ts.applicationprogramming.doc/topics/dfhp4_apiformat.html

This new grammar will break all existing rules on CICS statements implemented in either Java or XPath.
