Clearing filters in "Issues" is not intuitive

      Description

      in a project's “Issues” tab, it is unclear that the “new search” button will clear filters / reset to default filters. For more clarity and affordance it should be displayed next to the filters in the left column, its wording should change to “reset to default filters”, and it should be greyed out until some filters are applied.
