      Description

Currently, when repositories have the same name (like "SonarQube", "Common SonarQube", "CppCheck", ...), the Rules page automatically appends "- <language>" to the facet name in order to be able to distinguish them.

For readability reasons, it would be best to change this pattern and to append the language in first position instead. For instance, instead of having "SonarQube - Java", write "Java SonarQube".
