Escape special characters on Azure DevOps Platform Project onboarding

      Description

      When onboarding a Project into SQ from Azure DevOps, an error can happen if the repository name in ADO has special characters.

      SQ should handle this gracefully and escape those characters, so that the project can be created.

       

      Side note: This has been reported for Azure DevOps, but while we are at it, we should check if a similar behavior happens on other ALMs
