Portfolios 'selection_expression' column is too short

      Description

      The column 'selection_expression' in the table 'portfolios', introduced in v9.1, is too short when the selection mode is 'tags'. The use of multiple long tags can easily go over 50 chars.
      We'll increase it to 4000 characters long.
