Description
Currently, the documentation for upgrading is difficult to use because the page contains information on migrations paths, explains version numbers, explains actual upgrading, as well as different configuration issues.
We are also missing some information as brought up by Services regarding rehearsing upgrades before the actual upgrade.
We should reorganize the information to separate conceptual ideas from the actual upgrade. We should also add the rehearsal information.
