      Description

      Why

With the current implementation the Heap Size of all processes gets a default value in the ProcessProperties. This default value is overwritten by the java service wrapper template per edition during packaging to match the expected increased load of the edition.

If sonarqube is started without the java service wrapper this overwrite does not happen and the defaults that match the community edition are taken.

      What

Instead of overwriting the java service wrapper template per edition it would make more sense to include this functionality into sonarqube itself in order to get sane default independent from the startup sequence of choice by the user.
