SVN configuration in SQ server does not work

The configuration of SVN no longer shows up in the SonarQube UI. Values from previous versions are kept and it can be set and read through WSs, but even if it's set it won't be taken into account by the scanner, so it's useless. The only work around it to pass it to the scanner for each analysis.
This is a regression introduced when we embedded the SVN scm feature in SonarQube.
