Show NCLOC of the analysis when it's over the license's limit

      Description

      When the analysis contains a ncloc that is over the limit that is licensed, it's rejected by the compute engine. A banner is displayed in the project's dashboard.

      Solution:
      Add to the server logs the details about the NCLOC of the analysis.
