      Description

With MMF-1994, we are introducing a new type of New Code Period.
With it, the date used as threshold to classify code as "new" will be collected by the scanner from the SCM, based on the fork point with a reference branch selected by the user.

When this type is selected for a branch, the compute engine expects that the scanner included in the report the date that corresponds to the start of the New Code.

The date will then be handled in the same way as it is done for other types of New Code Period.

If the scanner failed to include the date in the report, no "new code period" will be calculated.
TODO: figure out how we can distinguish this situation from the first analysis (where there is also no code period), so that we can display a warning to the user.
