      Description

      At startup, current node should query all nodes in the cluster for their list of hosts. If they don't all share the same list (independently of the order, same host = same IP/hostname + same port), a warning should be logged.

      For example:
      The configuration of the current node doesn't match the list of hosts configured in the application nodes that have already joined the cluster:
      10.0.1.11: {10.0.1.11:9003,10.0.1.12:9003}
      10.0.1.12: {10.0.1.11:9003,10.0.1.12:9003}
      10.0.1.13: {10.0.1.11:9003, 10.0.1.12:9003, 10.0.1.13:9003}
      Make sure the configuration is consistent among all application nodes before you restart any node.
