      Description

Provide a way to pinpoint a specific analysis as the baseline for the next New Code Period for a selected long-lived branch. This setting will override the global and per-project setting of the New Code Period.

Exclude the baseline analysis from housekeeping.

The primary expected use is via web services from release systems (e.g. Burgr).

Add a warning to the New Code Period setting description that the value will be ignored in branches where a manual baseline has been chosen.

Add a marker on the appropriate timeline entry on the Activity page to indicate the baseline analysis.

On the project homepage, for a manually selected baseline, show the timestamp of the baseline analysis. Indicate in the homepage label that a manual baseline is in use.

Also provide a way to un-set a manual baseline so that a branch can revert to the project setting.
