      Description

Server fails to start when the collation of SQLServer is longer than 30 characters. Error is

org.sonar.api.utils.MessageException: Database collation must be case-sensitive and accent-sensitive. It is SQL_Latin1_General_CP1250_CS_A but should be SQL_Latin1_General_CP1250_CS_A.

The reason is that the SQLServer CONVERT function truncates to 30 characters by default if the size is not specified (doc).
