With the addition of the top-level Portfolios page users gained an easy way to see the full list of Portfolios, choose favorites, and then narrow the list to their favorites.
MMF-1185 gave them the additional ability to mark the Portfolios page or an individual portfolio (or application) as their default landing page in SonarQube. Unfortunately in large organizations, which may have thousands of portfolios in their tree(s), the full list of all applications, portfolios, and sub-portfolios on the Portfolios page can be overwhelming to the point of becoming useless.
Thus we will:
- update the "All" view in the Portfolios page to show only those portfolios (and applications) defined as roots. Specifically, we will no longer show sub-views on this page. It will still be possible to mark a sub-view as a favorite and to see it in the "Favorites" view of the page.
update the "All" label to "Top-Level" since it will no longer be "all"
