      Description

It turns out that the rule definition pages of multiple public instances of SonarQube have been indexed by the search engines. This is problematic for two reasons; first the owners of those instances probably don't want to host the traffic of people "just" reading rule definitions, and second rule definitions evolve over time. We really want people to be finding the rules at the canonical rules.sonarsource.com site, rather than instances which may not be up to date. For that reason, we need to add noindex metadata to (at least) the rule pages
