Some users adopted this strategy:
- create a repo
- commit nothing in the master
- create a branch
- start coding in the branch
- merge into the master
- deliver from the master
So for new projects, during a period of time more or less long, there is nothing in the master.
For me, there is a semantic problem. "Only Provisioned" of page "Projects > Management" should return what the title is saying: projects which never received a code scan at all.
"Only Provisioned" is used by SQ admin to clean up the mess and keep their instance with only relevant projects.
Some mistakes can be done today. You get a list of projects, you think they never been scanned, you delete them and bam, you delete data that were on the branches.
