      Description

Today our facets are cumulative. Which means that if you have a project with 0% coverage, this project will appear in several facets. This is misleading as users might think there is a total of 5 projects here, because they can see 1 in almost each facet. It is even more misleading when there are lots of projects, or when users are on a perspective using a bubble chart.

Facets should use ranges instead, so the total of numbers in a facet equals the total of projects in the list.

For ratings facets, we shouldn't use the "X and worse" anymore, but strictly show projects corresponding to a rating in the given rating facet.
