      Description

      When comparing two files' content, if the number of lines difference exceeds 15%, then the Leventhein distance score can't exceed 85.

      Two consequences:

      • there is no point computing the Leventhein distance if line count difference exceeds 15%
      • if line count is known without loading a file's content, then if a given file has a line count difference >= to 15% with every other file to compare to, then we can save on loading file content all together
