Replace batch/issues by api/issues/search

      Description

      We could maybe replace the use of WS /batch/issues if the SQ version is >= 7.2. We can use api/issues/search instead. Note that this WS is paginated.

      This will probably force us to upgrade the storage version since the issues are written directly to the storage.
