build-wrapper-linux: Accept programs that are launched from a non-existing folder

      Description

The consequences of this ticket should be validated before it is implemented.

Among the things recorded by the build wrapper in the current path when a program is launched. There are some circumstances when this path is invalid, and in that case, we return an error code that usually stops the full build.

It appears that running a program from a deleted folder is a valid use case (and it looks like some build systems like bitbake are fond of that). So we might make this more robust by accepting empty current folder in build wrapper. There can be 2 consequences:

      • It only happens for a program that we finally don't want to record in the json file, so the missing information won't hurt
      • It also happen for programs that we want to record, but in that case, it means that the program does not rely on its current folder, so not recording one is fine.
