This new service only available on "View" project must be an answer to the following question : "What an average project looks like in this view ?". This "average project" service should exactly looks like the "Dashboard" service but all absolute value should be divided by the number of technical projects to get :

• the average of classes per project
• the average of packages per project
• the average of ncloc per project * the average complexity per project
• the average unit tests per project
• the average duplicated lines per project ...
