Currently, if you have access rights to the Master Project but not to one of the underlying project you never see that underlying project in any of the services, apart from Drilldown and Violations drilldown. This should be made consistent one way or the other. In case it is decided that it should not appear anywhere, we should think of a way of indicating that projects are missing to avoid to be misleading
